Which payment methods are available for me to make repayment?

We offer common business-to-business payment methods, including bank transfers and direct debits.

How is my spending limit and payment terms determined?

We determine your spending limit and payment terms through a quick credit and fraud risk assessment using your business's name and address. We check various sources like Companies House, but don’t worry—this won't impact your credit score or your business’s credit rating.

You get to choose your payment terms at point of order from those offered by the merchant.

How can I increase my spending limit?

To request a spending limit increase, please contact us at kriyapaymentsrisk@kriya.co. We may ask for additional information if needed to process your request.

Why did I recieve an email from Kriya?

We send out two types of email reminders to keep you informed about repayments for your invoices:

Pre-Due Date Reminder: This reminder is sent out prior to an invoice being due to give you a heads-up and ensure you have ample time to make the payment.

Past Due Date Reminder: If an invoice has not been settled by the due date, we will send out a reminder to inform you that the payment is overdue.

These reminders are designed to help you stay on top of your payments and avoid any potential late fees or service interruptions.

If you have already paid the full invoice amount and still received a reminder, please contact Kriya at support@kriya.co with your payment receipt, and we will investigate the issue for you.

How do I know when a payment is due?

Payment term information can be found on the invoice from the merchant you purchased from.

If you still require this information, please contact the merchant you purchased from or reach out to us at support@kriya.co and we would be more than happy to assist.

I’ve received a statement from Kriya, but my goods have not been delivered yet. What should I do?

Please get in touch with our payments team on support@kriya.co. We'll coordinate with the merchant you purchased from to amend your payment schedule.
